Professional soccer K League 2 Bucheon 1995 allowed a theater goal in extra time in the second half, giving them a chance to be promoted to K League 1.
Bucheon lost 2-3 in the home match against Gyeongnam FC in Hana One Q K League 2 2022 semi-PO (playoff) held at the Bucheon Sports Complex on the 19th, allowing Thiago a header goal in extra time in the second half.
Bucheon had Kim Ho-nam, Yorman, and Park Chang-jun at the front, while Bae Jae-woo, Song Hong-min, Kim Jun-hyeong, and Jo Hyun-taek formed the midfield. The defensive line consisted of Lee Dong-hee, Nielson Jr., Kim Kang-san, and Choi Cheol-won kept the goal.
Bucheon got a chance to take a corner kick right after the first half, but they couldn’t take a shot, and in the 39th minute of the first half, Son Hong-min took a corner kick from the left and Cho Hyeon-taek header shot, but it was blocked by a Gyeongnam defender.
Then, in the 44th minute of the first half, Park Chang-jun hit a shot from the right side of the penalty area, but Gyeongnam defender Park Jae-hwan saved it and took a corner kick.

Bucheon, who started chasing, made the score 1-1 after Lee Dong-hee received a pass from Bae Jae-woo from the front of the goal inside the penalty box in the 16th minute of the second half, and the shot was sucked into the lower left of the goal.
However, in the 29th minute of the second half, Gyeongnam Lee Kwang-jin’s long-distance free kick bounced past the players and Bucheon went straight into the goal and fell 1-2.
Afterwards, Bucheon immediately scored an equalizer. In the 32nd minute of the second half, Hong-Min Song calmly finished the second ball with a right-footed shot from a right corner kick, making the score 2-2.
However, Bucheon lost 2-3 in the second half by conceding a header to Gyeongnam Thiago while defending the cotter kick.
