Friday evening, around 10:40 p.m., a man born in 1987 entered a bus parked in Place des Guillemins. While wanting to validate his card, several times, an error code appeared on the machine. The bus driver therefore asked the suspect to get out of the vehicle, but the latter refused. The Seresian punched the driver several times, who is now suffering from a seven-day incapacity for work.
The suspect is not known to justice and wished, once intercepted by the police, to make his mea culpa. Indeed, he says “do not remember anything, not even his arrest by the police”. Heavily alcoholic, the man declared himself an alcoholic. He is, however, ready to “compensate the victim”.
Deprived of his liberty, he was later released and will appear in court in June as part of an accelerated procedure.
