The Supreme Judicial Council, headed by Counselor Mohamed Eid Mahgoub, President of the Court of Cassation, approved the judicial movement of heads of first instance courts at the level of the Republic, during the new judicial year 2023.
The movement included the names of the heads of the courts of first instance at the republic level who were delegated from the courts of cassation and appeal, as they begin their work at the beginning of next October, which coincides with the start of the new judicial year.
The nomination of the judges’ names comes from the judicial inspection at the Ministry of Justice, and it is ratified by Counselor Omar Marwan, the Minister of Justice, and sent to the higher judiciary, which approved them in accordance with the Judicial Authority Law.
