In the past year, Akio Yaita, director of the Taipei branch of Japan’s “Sankei Shimbun”, who has frequently criticized Taiwan’s current affairs through Facebook, has been accused by former Kuomintang legislator Cai Zhengyuan as a “fake Japanese” who grew up on the CCP’s milk but blackened China every day. In response, Akio Yaita posted a response on the evening of the 2nd, admitting that he did live in China when he was a child, but the Communist Party brought them only poverty, lies, mutual suspicion and brainwashing education, and invited Cai Zhengyuan to openly debate. Cai Zhengyuan also announced through Facebook on the 3rd that he accepted Yaita Akio’s debate post, and set 6 preconditions for Yaita Akio to respond first.
As for the debate post by Akio Yaita, Cai Zhengyuan responded through Facebook this morning and expressed his acceptance, but asked Yaita Akio to confirm a few things first. First of all, Cai Zhengyuan asked, “How much does China TV pay Yaita Akio to host each episode? Is it true? Are you invited as a host?” Second, Cai Zhengyuan asked, “Has Yaita Akio’s father received treatment from the Tianjin Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference? How many years has he been receiving it?”
Cai Zhengyuan then asked, thirdly, “Is Akio Yaita’s father a Chinese adopted son? Is Akio Yaita a Chinese adopted grandson? Is there still an adoption relationship?”; Cai asked again, “Is Yaita Akio’s mother a Chinese? People? Is my grandmother Chinese?”
Cai Zhengyuan’s fifth question was, “Does Akio Yaita have Japanese spy duties in Taiwan?”; finally, Cai asked, “How many years has Akio Yaita lived in mainland China? 10 years? 25 years? What? Have you ever done anything for the Japanese or American Secret Service?”
Cai Zhengyuan said that after the above identities are determined, the topic of the debate and fair debate rules can be discussed.
