“We wanted to develop further, we wanted more responsibility,” say Anja Bhend and Salome Peters. “The co-management enables us to reconcile management work and family.” Since October 2022, the mothers of school-age children have jointly managed the HR policy department at SBB. They each work 60 percent, but are entitled to carry out the function as if it were being held by one person.
