Celine Dion was saddened on Saturday to learn of the death of interviewer Larry King, whom she had met several times on her famous CNN show.

It was on this set, in 2005, that the Quebec singer had caused a sensation – the images have also gone around the world – when she told the host, about Hurricane Katrina which had sown the devastation in New Orleans, those famous words: “Take a kayak!” (“Take a kayak!”).

Celine Dion had donated a sum of $ 1 million to support the victims of New Orleans.
