Chelsea wins the Champions League for the second time in its history

Chelsea won their second Champions League title on Saturday after beating Manchester City 1-0 in the match that was held at Porto Stadium in Portugal.
This is Chelsea’s second title in the Champions League, after defeating Bayern Munich on penalties in the 2012 final.
