Child tea seller at UN General Assembly for fourth time: PM

NEW YORK: Prime Minister Narendra Modi says a child who once helped his father in a tea shop is addressing the UN General Assembly for the fourth time today. Speaking at the 76th session of the UN General Assembly in New York, the Prime Minister referred to the sale of tea as a child.
