The plaintiff then changed the petition, requesting the court to divide Mr. Liu’s real estate in accordance with the provisions of the “Civil Code” on the succession of nephews and nephews by subrogation.

After mediation presided over by the judge, the two parties reached a mediation agreement in court. The real estate involved in the case is shared by two of the seven plaintiffs, that is, Mr. Liu’s nephew and niece.
