Chinese company Great Wall Motor, returned to the Russian market in the fall of 2020, announced the start of sales of the new Poer pickup truck. Prices for a car, available with a non-alternative diesel engine and in two trim levels, start at 2,299,000 rubles (Comfort version).
The name of the model, “embodying the characteristics of a powerful and comfortable pickup”, is derived from the English word “Power”. Great Wall is equipped with a 2.0-liter turbodiesel that develops 150 hp. and 400 Nm of torque. The engine works in conjunction with an 8-speed automatic transmission from ZF and an all-wheel drive system with a front axle connection.
Plus, in the top-end Premium version, the pickup will be equipped with an electronic torque-on-demand traction distribution system, a lowering range and a rear differential lock. Such a car will cost 2,449,000 rubles.
Poer pickups will be presented at the official dealerships of the Haval brand (a subsidiary of Great Wall), where they will also be serviced.
