In the same sense, the Commission of Constitutional Affairs and General Legislation of the Chamber of Senators, from the 4th ordinary session of the 140th Period of Thursday, June 16, 2022, studies the Bill (File 46114 JL) of the senator Armando Traferri (PJ-JDP-San Lorenzo), re-admitted on June 15, 2022 by motion table, by which, by 58 articles, the exercise of the profession of Physical Education is regulated.
It is worth remembering that almost two years ago, in the ordinary session of September 17, 2020 of the 138th Period, said senatorial internal commission studied the Bill (File 41899 JL) of Senator Armando Traferri (PJ-JDP-San Lorenzo), president of the Juan Domingo Perón Bloc, admitted through the movement table the day before, that is, on September 16, 2020, identical to the one presented again in the current 140th Period, but expired in its status parliamentary due to lack of political and legislative agreements.
This Bill, which aims to establish the College of Physical Education Professionals and regulate the professional practice, making it compatible with the general interest, was admitted in 2016 under File No. 33535 JL, which obtained a half sanction, also in the year 2018 under the File Number 38155 JL, in the same way in the year 2020 under the File Number 41899 JL and, again now, in the year 2022, under the File Number 46114 JL.
However, several years after his first admission, “the need that motivated this project is still fully valid and has not yet been satisfied”, Traferri said.
The pillars of this project are, on the one hand, the regulation of professional practice and, in this sense, areas and conditions are established, as well as the obligation for any entity that develops activities related to physical education, to have the direction and supervision technique from a licensed professional.
It also regulates everything concerning the College of Physical Education Professionals. Its composition is regulated and then the headquarters and the circumscriptions are established, which will be two, one in the city of Santa Fe and the other in the city of Rosario, for the purposes of its proper functioning.
The guidelines for the first constitution of the Association are established and the norms that collide with the present one are repealed.
The exercise of teaching in the Provincial Educational System is left out of the regulation, “considering that it is already protected by the various norms that govern provincial education,” added Armando Traferri.
“We believe that the creation of the College of Physical Education Professionals, with its own powers in terms of enrollment governance and other concerns of the profession, will benefit all stakeholders and, above all, the community in in its capacity as the recipient of the professional development of physical educators”, she concluded.

It should be noted that this is the 4th time that the senator Armando Traferri presents the matter in question, in the years 2016, 2018, 2020 and, now, in this year 2022, in order to “regulate the exercise of the profession of Physical Education”.
