A windfall of 29 million to bring the Vernets ice rink into compliance
The City Council has given its approval to a vast renovation of the enclosure. Photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof.
It is an important project that ended up before the City Council of the City of Geneva on Wednesday evening: the renovation of Les Vernets. The elected officials unanimously agreed to release an envelope of 29 million francs in order to bring the two ice rinks into compliance.
