Climate change will cause people to lose sleep; Shocking study report

Climate change is one of the most important factors affecting human sleep. This is according to research published in the journal One Earth. According to a study by researchers at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark, by 2099, a person will lose 50 to 58 hours of sleep per year due to climate change.

The study found that when the temperature rises above 30 degrees Celsius on hot nights, the duration of sleep decreases by about 14 minutes, and as the temperature rises, the risk of falling asleep less than seven hours increases. A study of more than 47,000 people in 68 countries using sleeping wristbands found this to be the case. The study was conducted on continents other than Antarctica.
