Mexico /

The National Human Rights Commission (CNDH) reported that Alexander Francisco Brewster Ramírez today presented his irrevocable resignation to the general direction of the Sixth General Office of the CNDH, which was accepted by the president of this autonomous body, Rosario Piedra Ibarra, after MILLENNIUM revealed that the graduate of the Ibero-American University falsified information about his career, and that he jumped from a luxury real estate seller in the Riviera Maya to the commission.

“The National Human Rights Commission (CNDH) informs that, derived from the information known to all, C. Alexander Francisco Brewster Ramírez, today presented his irrevocable resignation to the general direction of the Sixth General Office of the CNDH, which it was accepted by the president of this autonomous body, Rosario Piedra Ibarra, ”the CNDH reported in a statement.

Yesterday, the CNDH reported that the curricular trajectory of the director general of the Sixth Vice Province, Alexander Francisco Brewster Ramírez, would be investigated by the Internal Control Body of that body, since MILENIO published that the young man lied in his profile by pointing out that he served as legal adviser of Greenpeace and lawyer of the Mexican Center for Environmental Law, when his greatest experience was in the field of luxury real estate sales.

“The work of the Sixth General Office will continue its course in strict adherence to the constitutional mandate of this Organism, and in absolute observance of the demands and requirements of Mexican society. At the CNDH, defending the rights of the people is our priority ”.

After the publication of MILLENNIUM, Gustavo Ampugnani, director of the environmental organization Greenpeace Mexico, sent a letter to the president of the National Human Rights Commission (CNDH), Rosario Piedra Ibarra, in which he asked to review the designation of the Sixth Visitor, Alexander Brewster, who lied in his profile while maintaining that he served as legal advisor to Greenpeace for a year, when he was only 4 and a half months as a promoter, in the procurement of funds for the organization.

In this Tuesday’s edition, MILLENNIUM published that Alexander Brewster was appointed by Rosario Piedra Ibarra as the sixth visitor of the CNDH without having experience in the matter, because according to his public profile on the LinkedIn professional social network, in recent years he had been working as a sales manager of luxury properties in areas like Tulum.

In his profile, he assured that he served as a legal consultant for Greenpeace, which was denied by the director of the organization itself; But he also lied about an employment relationship as a legal assistant for the Mexican Center for Environmental Law (CEMDA), when his relationship was as a volunteer, a social service provider.
