In the last hours, the Coral Springs Police captured a 35-year-old man named Dale Spidle as a suspect in the murder of three people, including Carmona and his nephew.

A Florida state judge decided to send Spidle to prison on charges of premeditated murder and several other crimes and did not grant him the possibility of posting bail.

According to what some witnesses told the local media, a few days before The man had complained about the baby’s crying and it is believed that this was the reason why Spidle broke into Carmona’s home and beat her to death, apparently with a hammer.. Carmona worked as the payroll manager of the Administrative Department for Institutional Strengthening (Dafi) of the Armenian Mayor’s Office until February 28, but she retired and had recently traveled to the United States to meet her niece and her little baby.

The Colombian had no children and according to her acquaintances, she had a very special affection for her niece, so she decided to live with her in Florida.

The Municipal Administration of Armenia convened this Monday a Eucharist in favor of Carmona and her baby.

“Another niece of hers who lives here in Armenia came to the mass we held, we are all very sad about what happened. She confirmed that the idea is to repatriate the bodies,” said the director of Dafi.
