Jeon Mi-sun was found dead in a hotel in Jeonju, North Jeolla Province on June 29, 2019. At that time, Jeon Mi-sun was staying in Jeonju for her play ‘2 Nights and 3 Days with My Mother’. At that time, her manager could not contact Jeon Mi-sun, so she asked the hotel for cooperation and entered the room. 119 ambulances were dispatched, but Jeon Mi-sun had already passed away.
At the time, the agency said, “Actress Jeon Mi-sun passed away at the age of 50 this year. “She was usually treated for depression, but she has some sad news.” No suicide note was found, and the police believed that Jeon Mi-sun had made an extreme choice.
The deceased was about to appear in the KBS2 drama ‘Chosun Rocco Nokdujeon’, and four days before his death, he attended the production briefing for the movie ‘Narat Sami’.
At the end of the credits, ‘Narat Talks’ side commemorated him by displaying the caption ‘I will never forget the beautiful actress Jeon Mi-sun’.

In December 2006, the deceased married a cinematographer, Park Sang-hoon, who was one year older than him. She has 1 son with her.
