Consumer prices in the field of Medicine grow 0.5%

The National Institute of Statistics (INE) has published its Consumer Price Index (CPI) for December, from which it is obtained that the annual variation in the field of Medicine had a positive trend, of 0.5 percent, and a monthly variation of 0.1 percent.

Regarding so far this year, the growth of prices in the field of Medicine, according to these data from the OTHER, was also positioned at 0.5 percent. In addition, the index for this field was positive, with 102.6. The repercussions, on the other hand, stood at 0.004 in December and at 0.019 so far this year.

Regarding al IPC of Medicine in the different autonomous communities, those that experienced the greatest variation in the last 12 months were Cantabria (1.4%), Aragon (1.2%), Región de Murcia (1%) and Autonomous City of Melilla ( 1%). On the other hand, those with the worst annual rate were the Principality of Asturias, with -0.4 percent, and the Canary Islands, with -0.1 percent.
