Consumption: Beware of these ice creams sold to Lidl and Aldi withdrawn from sale in Spain

The Spanish health security agency has alerted consumers to the withdrawal from sale of ice cream sold in three supermarket chains.

If you have bought ice cream on the other side of the border in recent days or if you are on vacation in Spain, this is information that will have to be taken into account since four types of ice cream have been withdrawn from sale in Lidl, Aldi and Mercadona stores.

It was from Catalonia that the alert came, which now affects all of Spain. Consumers have discovered foreign bodies in ice cream that is currently on sale in these three supermarket chains.

The Spanish health security agency recommends that people who have the products targeted by this alert at home refrain from consuming them and return them to the point of sale.

The affected products are:

Gelatelli 7X75 Eclipse IS Lidl.
Spiral 7X75 N/V/FR Haccendé.
Fresh FRE/LIM MPK 7 Aldi.
Chupy Cola/Vanilla/Strawberry MPK7 Aldi.
