Corona crisis: the end of nature – a cultural history

So it looks like we won’t follow the academics, least of all. The corona crisis demands ecology as a victim of the economy. The world’s biocapital is estimated at EUR 120 trillion; the capital that Sars-CoV-2 will have destroyed will be greater. This is how people think. He does not think that more people will die if he abolishes nature than of the pandemic that would not exist if he did not ruin the habitat of infected bats and trade in wild animals. He thinks that the economy is growing again.
