All over the world, consumers and businesses are facing shortages ranging from coffee to coal. The damage caused by the new crown epidemic is the main reason, but there are many reasons, and the impact is manifesting in different ways.

A “perfect storm” in China is hitting consumers and businesses at home and abroad.

According to Dr. Michal Meidan of the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies, everything from paper, food, textiles to toys to iPhone chips has been affected.

She said that these items “may be in short supply this Christmas.”
