“For the first time since the start of confinement, morale has stopped falling. This is mainly due to the fact that I have become accustomed to managing this influx of problems that has invaded us all. They are now part of the routine, a bit like a Formula 1 driver who goes around the laps and refines his driving when the conditions harden severely and suddenly.
In this context, difficulty has become a new standard. And after having toured all of our businesses, I realize the importance of adopting good behavior in the coming months to get through this crisis. To use the analogy of motor racing, when you drive in driving rain, the important thing is not to go the fastest, but to be the fastest in the pack. This is why the roadmap that we are giving to entrepreneurs is now clearer and should help them adjust their growth speed: analyze your liquidity; cash you burn; monitor your employees so that they are as efficient as possible; and plan to hold out until the third quarter of 2021 by setting goals for this horizon.
