Correction of official exams is in full swing.. here is the date of the results

Before the start of the official exams for all certificates, from vocational and technical through the intermediate stage to high school, rumors and doubts circulated about the possibility of conducting them, but the determination and insistence of the Minister of Education and Higher Education Abbas Al-Halabi actually led to the exams being conducted quietly and successfully due to their importance, that with regard to evaluating the gains of the intermediate certificate students Or in terms of its educational value for secondary school students to enter universities, especially abroad.

Despite its completion, rumors continued to follow the exams regarding teachers’ reluctance to correct or the delay in issuing the results due to the small number of correctors, but the results began to be issued successively, as the results of the technical license (LT) and technical excellence (TS) were issued in vocational and technical education, provided that the baccalaureate results were issued Technical (BT) and supplementary technical (BP) during the week, and then the rehearsal and baccalaureate part two.

Educational sources confirmed to Al Markaziya that all the rumors are not accurate, as things are in their normal course, and the results need at least 15 days to be published, because the teachers have received their financial allocations and it is not a problem. And when the results are due, a statement will be issued, just as it happened in the professional and technical. Other than that, it is mere speculation, analysis, and perhaps wishful thinking, which are unfounded. She called on students and parents to derive news from their sources and not through social media

The sources confirm that the number of competitions is large, as there are more than 100,000 copies of each educational material for about 105,000 candidates, but the number of correctors is also large, and they began correcting since the first day, and they did not waste a moment. An agreement was reached between the Minister of Education and teachers to conduct exams and corrections, and they were paid for each competition. In the event that the official professors do not want to correct, there is the private sector, which has expressed its willingness to cooperate.

The competitions, according to the sources, go through several stages before reaching the final stage and issuing the results. In the first stage, the competitions arrive from the examination centers to the examinations department in Bir Hassan. In the second stage, the competitions are separated into English, French, and Arabic groups. For example, mathematics is available in the three languages. In the third stage, the imaginary number is printed on the competitions, to bear Each competition has a specific symbol.

In the fourth stage, the competitions are distributed into envelopes, each containing 50 competitions. In the fifth stage, the files are distributed to the correction centers spread throughout Lebanon, and in the sixth stage, the competitions are corrected by the teachers in the centers, where the competition is corrected twice. The first professor marks the competition in red, then the second professor in green. Then, in the seventh stage, the marks are entered into the computer, which automatically records the student’s highest mark if the difference between the two marks does not exceed the two marks. In the event that the number exceeds the two marks, the competition shall be referred to the auditor who puts the final mark. But the checker’s mark must be located between the two marks made by the two correctors. If it is lower or higher, the competition is referred to the head of the correction committee to set the final mark.

In the eighth stage, that is, after the completion of the correction in the centers and the insertion of marks on the computer, the competitions are transferred again to the examinations department in Bir Hassan, and then in the ninth stage, that is, after the competitions reach the examinations department, the stage of opening the competitions begins.

As for the tenth stage, which is called AB, it was so named because the process is repeated twice to prevent errors. After the competitions are opened, the process of matching the fictitious number with the student’s name begins on the computer, after it was in an earlier stage in the regions that the student’s mark was entered with the fictitious number.

The eleventh and final stage is the stage of issuing the results by the ministry after making sure that there are no errors.

According to the sources, these stages require about 15 days after the exams are over. So it is expected, in a simple arithmetic, if all goes well, that the results of the brevet in a week or ten days, and the baccalaureate in two weeks.
