Many of you have asked us about the figures communicated by Jean-Michel Blanquer last Friday on RTL, according to which 3,528 students (out of 12 million) would have tested positive throughout France over the first four days of November. These figures are low but which, as some Internet users have noticed, appear very far from the data of Public Health France, which report, over just three days, more than 25,000 positive checks of French people between 0 and 19 years old, between November 2 and 4. Worse, ministerial statistics, when observed over time since September, mask the clear progression of the epidemic among young people, as evidenced by the feedback from laboratories. Explanations.
