COVID-19: Hotels will receive up to $ 200,000 in grants

The hotels heavily affected by the pandemic will be entitled to maximum subsidies of $ 200,000, announced Minister Caroline Proulx, confirming the injection of an additional $ 65 million to support the tourism industry.

The amount paid to hotels will be determined based on the difference in the lodging tax (TSH) paid for the second and third quarters of 2020, compared to the same period last year.
