The police report from Jessica Iskandar against CSB for a fraud case worth nearly Rp. 10 billion has finally come to light.
Polda Metro Jaya has named CSB as a suspect. This was revealed by Jessica Iskandar’s attorney, Rolland E Potu.
“On March 7, we received an SP2HP (Notification of the Progress of Investigation Results) regarding the report at Polda Metro Jaya against the reported CSB, the reported party has been named a suspect by Polda Metro Jaya,” said Rolland E Potu while holding a press conference in the Setiabudi area, Jakarta South, Wednesday (8/3/2023).
The increase in the status of CSB from a witness to a suspect is the result of the title of the case carried out by the investigator.
“To our investigative team, we have presented witnesses for examination, submitted two sufficient pieces of evidence, investigators believe from the title of the case and have determined the reported suspect with the initials CSB,” said Rolland E Potu.
Jessica Iskandar admitted that she was grateful for the determination of CSB as a suspect, and did not forget to thank all those who were involved in helping this case.
“What is certain is gratitude, with this long process getting to this point is really extraordinary, thanks to my husband, team of lawyers, and what is certain I thank the Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya for handling this case and relieved that the reported CSB has now been named as a suspect,” said Jessica Iskandar.
“This is the fruit of our struggle for justice. Hopefully this incident will not be repeated, for those who commit crimes, don’t mess around, because the law in Indonesia will still be enforced as fairly as possible,” he concluded.

The report was registered with the police report number LP/B/2947/VI/2022/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA dated 15 June 2022 Fraud and/or embezzlement of Article 378 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 372 of the Criminal Code.
