The Saudi monarch, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, issued this Friday evening, royal orders It included the dismissal of a number of ministers and officials and the appointment of others.
A royal order was issued relieving Tawfiq bin Fawzan bin Muhammad Al-Rabiah, Minister of Health, from his post, and appointing Fahd bin Abdulrahman bin Dahes Al-Jalajil as Minister of Health.
Also, a royal decree was issued appointing Al-Rabiah as Minister of Hajj and Umrah.
The royal orders included the promotion of Lieutenant-General Mutlaq bin Salem bin Mutlaq Al-Azima to the rank of Lieutenant-General Mutlaq bin Salim bin Mutlaq Al-Azima, and his appointment as commander of the joint forces.
Relieving Abdulaziz bin Abdul Rahman bin Abdulaziz Al Arifi, Assistant Minister of Transport and Logistics, from his post, and appointing him as an advisor to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers at the excellent rank.
A royal order was also issued to establish an authority to develop Yanbu, Umluj, Al-Wajh and Duba.
