The patrol had the attention drawn by the noise of horns and acceleration at the level of the bridge of the avenue Léon Grosjean in Evere, where several vehicles circulated in procession following a marriage. The car then grazed a crowded bus stop, police said, and endangered pedestrians crossing Jacques Georgin Avenue. She was finally intercepted on the roundabout at the intersection between avenue Jacques Georgin and avenue Léonard Mommaerts.
The police then proceeded to the administrative seizure of the vehicle, on the basis of article 30 of the law on the police function. The vehicle was therefore seized for a period of five working days.
