Manchester: Cristiano Ronaldo has been named the second highest paid player in English club Manchester United. Ronaldo is paid Rs 4.85 crore a week. Ronaldo has surpassed goalkeeper David de Gea, who was paid Rs 3.79 crore a week.
Ronaldo has been linked with a move away from Italian club Juventus. Returning to United after 12 years, Ronaldo is currently the sixth highest paid player in the world. PSG star Lionel Messi tops the list with a weekly salary of Rs 9.71 crore. Neymar and Luis Suarez are in second and third place respectively.
