Defamation of the owner of a facility and a resident of Khamis Mushait and the disclosure of their crime and the penalty imposed on them

Al-Marsad Newspaper: The Ministry of Commerce denounced the citizen Turki Abdullah Shujaan Al-Shaibani and the resident Ashraf Mansour Salem Youssef, an Egyptian, after they committed the crime of commercial cover-up in building materials in Khamis Mushait.

By inspecting the headquarters, it was found that the resident was engaged in commercial activity for his own account under the umbrella of the institution affiliated with the citizen, managing and operating its business, collecting revenues resulting from the activity and transferring it outside the Kingdom.

The Criminal Court in Abha issued a final judicial ruling imposing a fine, closing the facility, liquidating the activity and canceling the license.

The commercial register has also been written off, in addition to collecting zakat, fees and taxes.

The ruling referred to the removal of the one who covered him up and not allowing him to return to work, and defaming the violators at their expense.
