Kaša has already worked in Slovakia in the past. Between 2016 and 2020, he played for Žilina, which he helped win the title in the very first season. He played a total of 92 matches in the Slovak top flight and scored 11 goals.
The 29-year-old Kaša played in the Czech league for his parent Baník Ostrava and Plzeň, where he joined in May 2020 and won the championship last year with Viktoria. He also has two starts for the Czech national team.
