To support therapy, patients with depression can pay attention to a healthy diet. Certain foods have a particularly good effect on the psyche.

Nutrition can not only help to counteract the natural aging process or reduce the risk of diseases such as cancer or stroke. The psyche is also closely related to nutrition.
