The 14th Presidents Cup this year ended with the defeat of the international team (except Europe). There are also international team players who have been noted for the victory of the US team. These are the Korean players who showed outstanding performances during the four days of the tournament. Seong-jae Lim (24), Joo-hyeong Kim (20), Kyung-hoon Lee (31), and Si-woo Kim (27) performed well in foursome, four-ball, and single match play as representative players of Korea.
The final day single match play of the Presidents Cup was held at Quail Hall Golf Club in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA on the 26th (Korean time). Seongjae Lim, Kyunghoon Lee and Siwoo Kim won precious victories against the best players in the world. Seongjae Lim defeated Cameron Young and Kyunghoon Lee defeated Billy Horschel. Siwoo Kim cheered as he knocked down Justin Thomas. Kim Joo-hyung was unfortunately defeated by Max Houma, but like the previous game, he showed extraordinary energy and gave strength to the international team.
The international team lost 12.5 to 17.5 to the US team. However, the breath and performance of the international team for four days made us look forward to two years later. Until the opening of this tournament, expectations were not high for a Korean player, who had the largest number of players in history. It was because Im Seong-jae, Kim Joo-hyung, Lee Kyung-hoon, and Kim Si-woo, who are not very experienced in a different atmosphere from the PGA Tour, would not be able to easily adapt.

Kim Si-woo, who joined as a player recommended by the general manager and recorded 3 wins and 1 loss, received a rating of A. Golf Digest gave a high evaluation of Si-woo Kim, saying, “I joined as a player recommended by the general manager, but he earned the most points in the international team.”
Seongjae Lim with 2 wins, 1 draw and 2 losses and Kyung Hoon Lee with 2 wins and 1 loss also played their part perfectly. In the US team, Jordan Spieth, who had won all five matches, was the only player to record an A++.
