And if you are looking for a new address where you can take advantage of this mild weather while enjoying yourself, we have just unearthed a nugget in Brussels.
It is on the edge of the Forêt de Soignes in a green setting that the latest Woodpecker restaurant has just opened, ten years after the opening of their first establishment (Peck47 near the Bourse). In a building that looks like a small castle, we discover an airy dining room, with sublime hanging lamps, rustic wooden tables and a majestic bar from which we can see the kitchens. A huge terrace also offers a view of the Drohme park, the former Hippodrome de Boitsfort. A bucolic setting in which you can enjoy a very gourmet brunch, both sweet and savoury.

In fact, on the menu there are many signature dishes such as poached eggs on savory waffles with salmon or even truffles. You can also opt for an endless pile of seasonal fruit pancakes or crack for a French toast.
