Oppo is a young smartphone brand on the French market. It must be said that the Chinese manufacturer only landed in France in the fall of 2018 with its Oppo Find X with pop-up camera. Nevertheless, in four years, the firm has multiplied the models, to the point that we learned, at the beginning of the month, that Oppo was now in fourth place among smartphone manufacturers in France with 22% market share in 2021, behind Samsung, Xiaomi and Apple. It must be said that, like Xiaomi, Oppo knew take advantage of Huawei’s setbacks in the smartphone market.
This week, the Chinese manufacturer hit the nail on the head with a new high-end smartphone, theOppo Find X5 Prowhich is already shaping up to be one of the most compelling devices of 2022.
However, despite these successes, both commercial and in terms of products, Oppo still seems to have a confidential image with the general public. This is also the case with the most connoisseurs who very often regret theassimilation of the OnePlus brand within the Oplus entitymanaged by Oppo.
