Emmanuel Macron is no longer the French president according to Donald Trump. The American president in fact qualified his French counterpart as Prime Minister during a speech delivered on Saturday as part of the campaign for the presidential election across the Atlantic, on November 3.
During a meeting in the state of Michigan, he made the mistake when speaking about the achievements of his mandate.
