Dries Merten is visibly happy at Galatasaray. The Red Devil would have extended within the Istanbul club.
According to information from Italian journalist Nicolo Schirra, Dries Mertens (36) would have extended his contract at Galatasaray. The Red Devil was coming to the end of the contract in June 2023, and would therefore have signed a new lease until 2024.
Mertens had a full season with Galatasaray, scoring 7 goals in 31 league games. Unlike several other veterans of the Belgian selection, he has not (yet) officially announced his end of career and could therefore be called up next June by Domenico Tedesco…
