León Guanajuato – A driver got angry with another for not giving way and pulled out a gun and shot him, however, the bullet hit his 13-year-old son in front of his family and he died in the hospital.
The incident occurred around 10:20 p.m. on Sunday, on the Villas de San Juan Boulevard, between Galeana Boulevard and Ámbar Street. The assailant fled.
The 13-year-old Emir and his family were traveling in a Ford Focus vehicle black when his father had an altercation with another motorist and suddenly he was shot.

According to security personnel, Emir He was traveling with his parents and his three-year-old brother on Avenida constellations of San Juan, in the direction of the Galena Boulevard.
Upon reaching that intersection, the driver of another car wanted to invade the lane and apparently the minor’s father blocked his way and prevented him from joining.
The motorist, unable to get into the lane, began to insult the father of Emir and although he continued on his way, the other driver did not stop following him.

Meters before reaching Ámbar Street, the motorist who was following him pulled out a firearm and fired at the vehicle at least twice.
One of the bullets wounded the 13-year-old minor and his relatives transferred him to the Brisas Medical Hospitalwhere unfortunately after undergoing surgery, his death was reported.
