Ebene Magazine – Godzilla vs Kong First Trailer ‘Shows Mecha-Godzilla’: Release Date & Distribution

It’s the monster of all clashes – Earth’s two greatest titans in a spectacular battle. But why are they even fighting? It seems like no one knows (until now) in the mouth-watering first trailer. What we do know is that the sight of these two gigantic beasts fighting each other is what blockbuster movie screens were made for. But is it really Mecha-Godzilla in an instant glimpse looming above the terrified crowds?

Fans are hoping that mechanical rumors, the ‘robot Godzilla’, will emerge, but it’s hard to be sure of such a brief glimpse of the image below, though it certainly appears to have some illuminated teeth. .

The film is a sequel to 2019’s Godzilla; King of the monsters. In this film, humanity learned of the existence of ancient, extremely powerful beings called Titans. It ended with the revelation of Godzilla as the protector of the planet and the defeat of Ghidorah, forcing all the other titans to bow down to him.

Credit footage showed the apparent dawn of a new age, with the Titans helping to heal Earth. So what went wrong?

Another end credit sequence showed some of the Titans heading for Kong’s house on Skull Island while a rock painting showed the giant ape fighting Godzilla.

The 2017 Kong: Skull Island movie ended with humans leaving Kong triumphant at his home, so why is he shown chained in the new trailer?

Apparently he will only communicate with a young girl, but a new set of scientists decide they need his help against Godzilla, as they frantically try to find out why the giant monster has gone on a rampage.

The film’s official synopsis teases the dark and dark forces at play: “The epic clash between the two titans – brought on by unseen forces – is just the beginning of the mystery that lies deep within the Earth. “

With Millie Bobby Brown and Zhang Ziyi returning from Godzilla: King of the Monsters, the fourth film in the Monsterverse franchise also stars Alexander Skarsgård, Rebecca Hall, Brian Tyree Henry, Shun Oguri and Eiza González.

Apparently, Brown’s precocious character Madison Russell will be going on a journey to decide which of the two Titans to support. Kyle Chandler returns as his father, Dr. Mark Russell, but fans will remember his mother sacrificing herself in the previous film. It’s unclear why Madison’s support will make such a difference in the final battle.

The biggest mystery of all, however, is when the film will actually be seen by fans.

Originally with a release date of March 26, 2021, so far frustratingly, the first trailer only has the following release date information: “Coming soon.”

However, the blockbuster comes from the Warner Bros. studio, which quickly began releasing its major event films simultaneously in theaters (if possible) and on home entertainment streaming platforms.

This was seen more recently with the double release of Wonder Woman 1984 on the big screen and pay-per-view.

In the US, the Godzilla vs Kong trailer has already landed on the HBO Max Youtube account, making it clear that the film will be shown on the streaming platform.
