On Tuesday, President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi met with Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, Minister of Finance Mohamed Maait, Ahmed Kajouk, Deputy Minister of Finance for financial policies, and Dr. Ihab Abu Eish, Deputy Minister of Finance for the Public Treasury.
Ambassador Bassam Radi, official spokesman for the Presidency of the Republic, stated that the meeting dealt with “a review of the draft budget for the next fiscal year 2022-2023.”
The president directed to make an announcement to appoint 30,000 teachers annually for a period of 5 years, in order to meet the needs of developing the education sector, and to adopt a new additional incentive to develop teachers in the education sector, bringing the total to about 3.1 billion pounds.
