Court documents obtained by Insider and published on Wednesday indicated that Musk and Zelis had petitioned to change the name of their twin children to “their father’s family name and to include their mother’s family name as part of their middle name.”

The documents indicated that the petition was filed in Austin, Texas, where the two children were born, and the judge approved it.
