A source told Archyde.com that Abramovich and Schroeder had met and that Abramovich was looking for ways to stop the fighting in Ukraine.
The European Union (EU) is moving to seize assets such as villas and luxury yachts owned by an emerging conglomerate close to President Putin as it tightens sanctions against Russia.
Spanish officials seized the yacht of Mr. Chemezov, the top management of the state-owned conglomerate Rostec on the 14th, and the top yacht of the munitions company Rosoboronexport on the 15th.
