After more than 45 years of successful cooperation in Dubai between Singapore Airlines and dnata Corporate Representation, a subsidiary of dnata Travel Group, the Singaporean national carrier has chosen dnata as its comprehensive sales agent in the Northern Emirates, providing a wide range of sales, marketing and call center services.
Under the expanded partnership, dnata’s services team acts as a key link between Singapore Airlines and local companies, supporting the airline’s operations outside Dubai, including Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.
dnata’s extensive network of representation services, in addition to its comprehensive marketing process and expertise in the areas of sales, operations and airline representation, contribute to enhancing the presence of Singapore Airlines in the UAE market.
dnata also provides Singapore Airlines with reliable and secure aircraft parking and cargo handling services at Dubai International Airport. The airline resumed flights between Dubai and Singapore last January using one of the newest aircraft in its fleet, the Airbus A350-900.
