Who says “Thursday” says “free game”. Indeed, like every week, the free games scroll one after the other on the Epic Games Store and today is no exception to the rule. Announced as a mystery game, let’s lift the veil on this new game offered.

This is not the first time that a mystery game has appeared on the Epic Games Store and out of habit, we can expect a big game to be revealed.
This is still the case today with Borderlands 3, a mix of genres between FPS and RPG and cel-shaded graphics which we know the success. Released in September 2019, the game was rather well received by the press and players with its usual completely offbeat humorous tone that marks the originality of the franchise. And even if the game suffered from many bugs when it was released, it was able to hold its own thanks to very nervous combat phases in addition to rich content offering a good lifespan.

Unless we’re mistaken, this is the first time Borderlands 3 has been free-to-play. Usually available at a price of 59.99€, there is no more time to waste to go pick up your copy of the game on the game page from the Epic Games Store before May 26 at 5 p.m.. Once in your possession, the game will be permanently added to your library.
And if a new mystery game is already announced for next week, it looks like Borderlands 3 is the first in a series of four free games as the Mega Sale returns.
