The European Space Agency celebrates, Friday, June 2, the 20th anniversary of the takeoff of Mars Express, its first probe on the red planet. For the occasion, ESA is broadcasting live images using the small VMC camera, capable of capturing an image approximately every 50 seconds. The probe sends the photographs of Mars as quickly as possible to Earth, which receives them with a time lag of 20 minutes.
