ESRB assigns Switch rating to .hack // GU Last Recode

Everything suggests that .hack//G.U. Last Recode will soon see the light of day on Switch. On his official site, the video game classification body ERSB has added a file to this effect in its database.

Available since November 2017 on PC (Steam) and PlayStation 4, .hack // GU Last Recode is a compilation that brings together several games from the series, namely .hack//G.U. Vol. 1//Rebirth, Vol. 2//Reminisce and Vol. 3//Redemption. It also includes the exclusive episode Vol. 4//Reconnection.

The series originally debuted on PlayStation 2 in 2002 with .hack//Infection. Its premise is an interesting one: you are the protagonist of a massively multiplayer, online role-playing game (MMORPG), The World. However, players are falling into a coma after their passage through this virtual world. The team behind the game blames cyberterrorism while other theories scramble as to the real reason for the MMO and the evil plaguing its community.
