How to use Excel varies from person to person. While there are power users who handle huge tables and dozens of sheets, there are also those who only make a simple tabulation of one A4 sheet. To meet these diverse needs, Excel offers a variety of shortcut keys.Figure 1I showed only a few of them, but there are many and I can’t find a convenient way to remember them. Figure 2 Select a cell or range of cells and press Ctrl + 1 to open the Format Cell screen (1-3). Tabs such as “Display format” and “Arrangement” can be moved with the “→” and “←” keys (4).It does not work with “1” on the numeric keypad, but it is also effective for figures and graphs.
