Exchange rate: Price of the dollar in Peru this morning, Friday, April 30, 2021

Today, during the morning of this Friday, April 30, the dollar presents a price of S/ 3.77, at the interbank level.

In the previous exchange session, the US currency resumed the upward trend and rose about 0.40% in the Peruvian market.

The increase in the price continues to be generated due to the uncertainty due to the presidential elections between Pedro Castillo and Keiko Fujimori.

According to the first polls, the candidate Castillo, which promises a change in the economic model and other reforms, has the greatest intention to vote, a situation that has worried investors.

To this is added that on the international scene the green ticket remains strong against the other currencies of the region, following a solid economic growth report of USA in the first quarter of 2021.
