Gulf Breeze Dolphins Eye Repeat Title as FHSAA Beach Volleyball Playoffs Begin

The road to the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) beach volleyball state championship in Tallahassee is underway, with district tournaments commencing this week. All eyes are on the Gulf Breeze Dolphins as they seek to defend their 2024 state title.

District 1-2A Tournament Overview
The District 1-2A tournament, featuring eight teams, will take place at the Fort Walton Beach Rec Center. Quarterfinal matches begin april 22, with semifinals and the championship match scheduled for April 23.Unlike last year, a full region tournament will precede the state finals.
The region quarterfinals are slated for April 29, and the FHSAA final Four will commence on May 9.

Quarterfinals (Tuesday, April 22)
- No.1 Gulf Breeze vs. No. 8 Bay – 10 a.m.
- No.4 Mosley vs. No. 5 South Walton – 10 a.m.

- No. 3 Crestview vs. No. 6 Choctaw – 1 p.m.
Semifinals (Wednesday, April 23)
