Switzerland has won its first Nations League victory against Portugal. Spain prevailed against the Czech Republic.
Without superstar Cristiano Ronaldo getting a breather, Portugal’s national football team has been in the Nations League suffered the first defeat. The 2016 European champions lost their fourth game in Group A2 on Sunday evening in Switzerland 0-1 (0-1). The Swiss had previously lost three times, the first leg in Portugal even with 0:4.

Another Haaland brace makes Norway cheer

North Macedonia made everything clear in Group C4 in a 4-0 (4-0) win against Gibraltar before the break. Enis Bardhi (4th), Graeme Torrilla’s own goal (14th), Bojan Miovski (16th) and Darko Churlinov (31st) scored the goals. Leaders Georgia and Bulgaria drew 0-0.
In Group D2, Malta beat San Marino 1-0 (0-0) and is in second place with six points behind leaders Estonia who have the same number of points.
