During the day on Wednesday, a new precedent was disclosed in the complaint against Francisco Kaminski for fraud to a colleague.
Mario Jorquera, who is an event producer, specified that they owed him 80 million pesos, because they had returned $20,000,000 of the $100,000,000 he had invested.
The plaintiff stated that they promised him that the problem would be solved and that they would contact him, however, “the truth is that nothing has ever been solved”.
Later, Francisco Kaminski and his partner Carla Jara sued Canal 13 for “image murder” and demanded compensation of $530 million.

Last Tuesday, the hearing was held against the television face for “fraulous drawing of checks.” But the instance was brief because the judge declared the process “inadmissible”, a situation that surprised Jorquera.
The plaintiff spoke with Radio Agriculture about the fact. “There is still no solution to this issue. It has been more than two and a half years since I lent Don Francisco, he promised to return it and to this day, even through justice, it still does not happen nothing,” he said.
“My lawyer immediately asked for a hearing with the prosecutor,” because “we don’t know what Francisco would have said or done.”
“The situation is unfortunate, Francisco continues without paying, enjoying a normal life and bragging about his good time. If I feel well financially, why don’t I return money that doesn’t belong to me? It’s that simple, I’m not asking for anything that I haven’t handed over to him,” Jorquera said.
